Job Description

Credit Central is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its consumer finance branch operation.  The Customer Service Representative will participate in customer service, sales, and cashier activities.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

  • Making monthly loan sales volume standard by soliciting loans on the telephone and at the counter
  • Contacting customers with past due accounts for collections, answering the telephone, posting counter payments
  • Computing cash to customer and completing loan documents
  • Taking and processing credit loan applications
  • Preparing daily banking deposit, balancing cash drawers each day, maintaining a cash count record, and other cashier related duties

Job Qualifications

    • Have the ability to communicate well with others
    • Possess good attendance and work ethic, being present and prompt on all scheduled workdays
    • Have a pleasant, positive attitude every day, outgoing personality, and higher than average energy level
    • Have previous work experience with the public and computer experience is beneficial
    • Have stable work history
    • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalency
  • Have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
  • Have acceptable credit
