Short Message Service (“SMS” or “Texting”) Terms
Credit Central1 may send payment reminders and solicitations by SMS. SMS text messages may also include account information, notices, loan documentation, and requests for signature. These texts will only be sent after you provide prior express written consent to Credit Central. How to Opt Out or Consent Again
You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received from Credit Central. After you reply “STOP,” Credit Central will send one more text message to confirm you have withdrawn consent. To consent to SMS again, text “JOIN” to the shortcode.
You are responsible for notifying Credit Central when your cell phone number changes by contacting your local branch.
The SMS Terms may be terminated or modified from time to time. Credit Central encourages you to periodically review the SMS Terms to stay informed of our updates.
