We and third-party service providers may passively collect non-personal information whenever you interact with the Site. This includes:
IP Address and Device Identifier;
Device functionality, including browser and operating system details;
Your activities on the Site;

Other relevant Device/Network data.
We might acquire NPI from external sources, including data from lead generators or details regarding your credit profile sourced from entities such as Experian, TransUnion, Equifax, Plaid, Lexis Nexis, and Dot818. Furthermore, we engage third-party providers to gather contact details to promote specific Services through email or on various social media platforms.
On occasion, we may receive specific NPI concerning a third-party from you. For instance, during our registration process, you might provide your co-applicant’s first and last name, home address, email address, personal phone number, social security number, and date of birth. Should you furnish any NPI regarding another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure you possess the necessary authority to do so. Additionally, you are permitting us to utilize their NPI in line with this Privacy Policy.
We and our service providers may use your information for various purposes, such as:

To process transactions such as your prequalification or loan application(s);
To underwrite your prequalification application;
To underwrite your loan;
To provide you with information about special offers or promotions;
To verify your identity and prevent fraud;
To offer you products and services;

You may cancel any marketing emails by following the instructions included in our promotional emails. However, please note that opting out might be limited to specific types of emails if you choose to do so. For text message subscriptions, you may opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received from Credit Central. After you reply “STOP,” Credit Central will send one more text message to confirm you have withdrawn consent. For additional information, please refer to our Text Messaging (SMS) Policy.
Other subscriptions will remain unaffected. Also, certain communications related to your account, transactions, or site usage, such as administrative and service announcements, may be unaffected even if you opt-out of our marketing messages.
We implement commercially reasonable security protocols to safeguard the NPI we gather and store against loss, misuse, destruction, or unauthorized access. Despite our efforts to utilize accepted commercial methods for safeguarding your NPI, it’s important to note that no security measure or method of transmitting data over the Internet is entirely foolproof. While we strive for optimal protection, we cannot assure absolute security.
This Privacy Policy is specific to our Site and doesn’t extend to third-party sites or applications.
We partner with third-party processors to enable certain site functions. To safeguard your NPI, we have implemented specific protocols with our shared service providers. These measures ensure that your information is handled in accordance with relevant data security and privacy laws, maintaining an appropriate level of protection.

Repay (Privacy Policy) – connects us with your bank accounts for payments;
ACI Worldwide (Privacy Policy) – enables us to send your loan proceeds electronically; and
Plaid Inc (Privacy Policy) – assists with ID verification and fraud prevention.
We also use third-party processors, for example, for cloud storage services, to conduct surveys, and to provide other Services to you.
The Site is not currently configured to respond to Do Not Track Signals.
