“You” or “Your” means each person applying for credit on the loan application (“Application”). “We,” “Us,” or “Our” means Credit Central.1
You represent that the information provided in this Application is true and correct and provides all existing information concerning Your outstanding indebtedness and creditworthiness. No debts have been omitted and all debts have been fully disclosed. You understand that the information provided, the verification of that information and any credit reports obtained will be reasonably relied upon by Us in approving or rejecting this Application. Loan approval is not conditioned upon purchase of any credit insurance or other ancillary product. You understand that You will receive notice of approval or rejection of Your application within 30 days of the action taken and that You can request Our reasons if rejected.
You authorize Us to obtain one or more consumer reports with respect to You and Your creditworthiness from credit reporting agencies. You authorize Us to communicate with third parties, including credit reporting agencies and Your employer, to investigate information obtained from You, including the references or statements above, and for the purposes of extending new credit, reviewing credit information, or collecting Your account.
You authorize Us to transmit offers for new loan products to You from time to time. You authorize Us to communicate with You through mail, by phone, text message, email, or social media. You agree to accept telephone calls, text messages, electronic mail, and any other form of communication from Us with respect to such offers and past-due notices or other collection matters, and any charges by third parties relating to such communications will be paid by You. Such communications will not be considered “unsolicited.”
By submitting Your contact information such as Your email address and mobile phone number, You expressly consent to Us contacting You via email and text message with transactional information, payment reminders, and solicitations in accordance with Our E-Sign Consent Agreement and Text Message (SMS) Policy. You understand that if You want to opt out of receiving marketing information and/or text messages at any time, You may do so via the methods stated in Our Online Privacy Policy.
Without limitation, You specifically agree that in the event We are unable to contact You, communications with Your spouse or partner, or other persons in Your household or known to You is authorized. In-person visits are specifically allowed and authorized.
